Knowing how much you sweat can help you tailor your hydration strategy to avoid dehydration or overhydration, which can negatively impact your performance and health. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to calculate your sweat rate.

Sweat rate calculation helps you:

  • Maintain Optimal Hydration: Ensures you replace the fluids you lose, preventing dehydration.
  • Improve Performance: Proper hydration can enhance your endurance and overall performance.
