My review on the Cholmondeley Castle Standard Duathlon and what it takes to qualify for The European and World Championships

This is the report of my fastest-ever standard duathlon. A 10k run, 40k bike ride and 5k run all under the 2 hours mark.

Tough Runner Bucks Duathlon is a lovely and challenging event set in Wendover Woods. I will be racing it again for the second time hopping for a new PB.
