RACE HIGHLIGHTS

A few days after the duathlon I still have a big smile on my face. Yes, the first run was 300m short of 10k. Yes, the bike route was 3k short of 40k. Nonetheless, I went under the 2 hours mark. Knocking something like 24 minutes (yes, 24 !!!) off my personal best.

F3 events had some sales on and at the time I thought it was a great idea to go for a few duathlons, off season. Which reminds me I need to check if I’ve entered the one in January and February next year!

IronMan Weymouth 2023 race report

My not-so-serious race report from IronMan Weymouth 2023, where, luckily (?) the swim was cancelled and missed the world championships qualification.

BTS Club Champs 2023

A triathlon where I channelled my inner vintage enthusiast by racing on a bike that probably remembers when aero bars were still a wild sci-fi concept.

Challenge London Middle Distance

Have you ever encountered a book that left you both exhilarated and slightly frustrated? That’s the rollercoaster of emotions I experienced while reading the Wim Hof Method book. While I couldn’t deny the excitement I felt delving into the world of Wim Hof, finishing this relatively short book took me far longer than I initially anticipated.

Organised by “Brutal Events” (because who else would dare?), this race offers a journey through the stunning yet punishing Jurassic Coast of England.

Croyde Triathlon: A Missed Opportunity and a Lesson Learned

After a fantastic experience competing in beach volleyball tournaments at Croyde, I eagerly looked forward to participating in the Croyde Triathlon.
